The Sale Process
This Session will cover the process that should be undertaken to
achieve a successful sale that yields the highest net value to the
selling business owner, including assembling an advisory team; ensuring
confidentiality; locating qualified potential buyers; coordinating
due diligence; identifying and negotiating the best transaction
structure from a business, tax and legal perspective; valuing non-cash
consideration; and closing and transition issues.
