Mike Rosenberry, M&A Advisor - The Delta
Group International
Mr. Rosenberry founded The Delta Group International
in 1998 for the purpose of representing the private business owner
in the sale or capitalization of his or her business. Since its
inception, Delta Group has successfully negotiated and completed
transaction in manufacturing, distribution and service sectors
of printing and direct mail, oil and gas services, B2B service,
foodservice and computer industries. They have also successfully
represented clients in large commercial real estate transactions.
With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience and an education
heavily weighted in finance and business administration, Mr. Rosenberry
is uniquely qualified to represent mid-market companies in the
sale of their business. As a business owner, he understands the
operation of privately owned companies but also has the experience
of working in sales and marketing management for several large
publicly owned corporation. He is a member of International Business
Brokers Association (IBBA), licensed in Real Estate in the State
of Louisiana and a graduate of a number of advanced sales training
programs. Mr. Rosenberry resides in New Orleans, LA with his wife
and two children.
Scott T. Whittaker, Legal Counsel - Stone

Scott T. Whittaker is a member of the law firm of
Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann L.L.C., where he chairs the firm's
Business Section. He has 20 years of experience in representing
clients in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions,
including buying, selling and merging companies, roll-ups, split-ups,
and leveraged buyouts. Mr. Whittaker graduated magna cum laude
from the Tulane University School of Law, where he was named to
the Order of the Coif and served on the Tulane Law Review Board
of Editors. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from
Tulane University. Mr. Whittaker is a member of the Louisiana State
Bar Association and served as Chairman of the governing council
of the Section on Corporate and Business Law. He is currently Director
of Testing on the Louisiana Supreme Court Committee on Bar Admissions.
He is an active member of the Negotiated Acquisitions Committee
of the American Bar Association, where he serves as Co-Chairman
of the Subcommittee on Recent Judicial Developments, and on the
Editorial Committee for the ABA Model Stock Purchase Agreement
with Commentary. Mr. Whittaker is also a frequent lecturer and
author in the area of business mergers and acquisitions.
Francis O. Bologna, CPA - Wegmann-Dazet
& Co.
Francis
O. Bologna, is a Certified Public Accountant and one of the founding partners
of his firmWegmann Dazet & Co. CPAs. He has over 30 years experience
in dealing with mid-size company CEOs and their business issues. As a
founding partner, he is first and foremost a businessman and as such counsels
many on the practical aspects of profit improvement, tax planning, purchasing
and/or selling businesses. He facilitates CEO groups all over the U.S.
with 10 such groups containing between 15 and 20 CEOs who meet three times
a year to review their financials, discuss best practices and share their
burning issues. Francis is a recognized professional speaker and a member
of the National Board of the National Speakers Association. He has authored
numerous articles on profit improvement and benchmarking performance.
He has written a specialized booklet for CEOs on Tips, Tricks, and Traps
of Buying and Selling a Business. He has presented numerous programs on
Merger & Acquisition dynamics and issues to Fortune 100 companies
for the past several years. He serves and has served on various civic,
charitable and university boards. He is the father of five and grandfather
of four!

LLC. Equitas is the largest independent investment consulting firm in
the state of Louisiana, with over $2 billion in assets under advisement.
Mr. Center has almost 10 years of experience in investment related industries.
Mr. Center‘s focus is on planning and providing investment solutions
for high net worth individuals, family offices, institutions and corporations.
Mr. Center has in-depth experience with investment related issues associated
with corporate pension plans, 401(k) plans, individual and family office
wealth management, tax deferred asset pools and various wealth transfer
mechanisms. He has extensive experience working with both individual and
corporate clients.
Mr. Center is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Charterholder,
is currently a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute
(CFAI) and is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the
Financial Analysts of New Orleans (FANO). He has an undergraduate
degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem,
PA and a masters degree in business administration (MBA) from the
Tepper School of Business at Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh,
PA.
